4th Avenue - a year in the making

After nearly a year of renovation work, this house has been transformed from an outdated, boxy, electrical nightmare into a contemporary, up-to-code, open concept work of art in the trendy Cheyenne avenues neighborhood.

An exposed-brick chimney highlights the openness of the kitchen/bar area as it flows towards the viewer into the welcoming living room warmed by an in-wall fireplace with a contemporary yet cozy feel.
